It's YOGA for every-body! I loved meeting Sarah Harry recently, the author of FAT YOGA.
A tranquil, calm and centered Yogi master I am not, but I would love to be! Every time I meet someone who has adopted yoga as a regular practice I always think I must really start to practice yoga more frequently, rather than my on-again-off-again practice!
They have a certain calmness about them that I certainly do not posses and Sarah had that calmness too!
You could be forgiven for thinking that yoga is purely the domain of teeny, tiny, thin, flexible girls. But you don’t need to fit this mould to embrace and enjoy the practice of yoga.
Sarah Harry says it can (and should) be enjoyed by people of all sizes.
I caught up with Sarah to run through a quick yoga practice that you can do from the comfort of your own home and she has put it together with the breastfeeding or toddler Mum in mind!
